Criminals in Cahoots
The 1965 Race Relations Act enables foreigners ("nationality" is specified) to deprive Brits of work. It inspired the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act which enables women to deprive men of work. But it was used to defeat Mrs Thatcher's 1979 election promise to stop foreign men being allowed to live in the UK through marriage. So that they are entitled to deprive native Brits of work, promotion, etc. The immigration and feminist industries are criminals in cahoots. Foreigners can see this; so why can't the Crown Prosecution Service?

Unblindfold Justice
Today is International Women's Day. 19 November is, I'm told, International Men's Day, but you wouldn't've known it. Foreign wives are entitled, because of "equality" laws and the positively unequal "positive action" (see this blog of 26 July 2018) to deprive British men of work and promotion both because they are foreign and female. This is clearly unjust. Lawyers say "We don't dispense justice; we dispense the law." Lawyers can create common law (8 November 2016). Muslims can bring four wives and their children to live in the UK. He has to marry one wife legally in the UK. If he is not British she is. He can then marry three Muslim women as long as it's Islamically in a Muslim country. They are then entitled to British passports and full state benefits as single people. For a country obsessed with "equality" this is clearly unequal.. and shouldn't be tolerated.

Mogged
Most people who vote for Brexit did so because of immigration. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP, leading Brexiteer who this morning spoke on BBC Radio 4 "Today" about this issue, is the son of the Editor of "The Times" who is partly responsible for about half a million foreign men (and their children) living in these islands. In 1969 James Callaghan, Home Secretary and later Prime Minister, stopped foreign men from using marriage to live in the UK. "The Times" ran a campaign against this, under the banner heading "The Law against Wives". The law was repealed in 1975. These wives can now, of course, live in two countries: their husband's and the UK. So they are very privileged, since most Brits can only live in one (apart from the EU)

Make a Difference
These blogs and all the many activities on Twitter don't make a blind bit of difference. But the alternative is to do nothing. And the Hope is that someone, somewhere, somehow will pick up the torch and something positive will result. The current imbroglio in Parliament about the UK leaving the European Union is the result of an individual, Gina Miller, bringing a court case and a judge determining that Brexit should be decided by Parliament. There are many legal cases about immigration. Legal aid is provided. So in 1980, when I had legal aid for my divorce, I applied for legal aid to bring a case of Treason against Mrs Thatcher for allowing foreigners to live and work in the UK while I (and other Britons) can't live and work in their countries. I believed I had a strong case. But the Law Society refused me the necessary Green Certificate. Please see this blog of 8 November 2016 for more on this.

Another fine Mess!
Most people voted Leave in the EU Referendum because "immigration"/"control our borders". But there is more immigration to the UK from outside the EU than from within. Iran and Vietnam want hard currency and don't take back failed asylum seekers. (Please see this blog of 9 January 2019.) Mrs Thatcher was elected in 1979 with the promise to curb immigration, but within weeks she had allowed Vietnamese and Iranians to settle permanently in the UK. With an established community already here, it is no wonder that other Vietnamese and Iranians see the UK as a good place to colonise. Tony Blair says the EU has changed its stance on freedom of movement since the 2016 EU Referendum. And Chuka Umunna MP says the Government can legally deport Romanians who scrounge off the UK state, but won't do it. Instead of reducing immigration by leaving the EU, we are poised to mess up the lives of the Irish, French.... and ourselves.

"Mein Struggle"
The new Immigration Bill is skills based. (BBC 4 "Today".) But no work skill is needed for marriage! Mrs Thatcher's 1979 promise to stop foreign men using marriage to live in the UK was defeated by a vigorous feminist campaign that was described by Patricia Hewitt, later Tony Blair's Equality Minister, as her "most satisfying achievement". She also compared it with women's struggle for the parliamentary vote. That struggle was about the control of territory; the more recent one about its occupation. Since roughly 10,000 foreign and Commonwealth men a year use marriage to live in the UK it has resulted in some 400,000 men (and their children) living in these islands.

Chicken Fiasco
Back in 1960, just before I had to leave Japan when my visa expired, I met a girl I wanted to marry. My last words to her were "I'll soon be back." But I never saw her again. In Hong Kong I was refused a visa. "You've seen enough of Japan," I was told. I got the same response elsewhere in S.E Asia. I was robbed in Saigon and my address book was taken. When I eventually got back to Japan I walked around the streets of Tokyo near where she lived, but I couldn't find her. In November 1962, as a result of an Anglo-Japanese Trade Agreement, Tourist Visas were dispensed with between the two countries. Coming only four months after the Commonwealth Immigration Act came into force it seemed to me that British policies were going in two different directions at once.
A bit like Brexit. Which is caused mainly by immigration.
The Brexit fiasco is self-inflicted. Mrs Thatcher didn't keep her 1979 election promise to stop foreign men using marriage to live in the UK because of a vigorous and selfish feminist campaign. As a result some 400,000 men and their children live in these islands.
Foreigners are entitled to deprive Brits of work and promotion because of "equality" laws. Likewise, women can deprive men. Foreign women can twice over.
Native British men are treated as inferiors in their own country. Foreigners know that. Brits either don't know or don't care; which presumably explains "positive action" - referred to here on 26 July 2018.
The Brexit fiasco is chickens coming home to roost.
